Alysia Solow

Ms. Solow consults on all aspects of document discovery and oversees the managed document review division, providing clients with high quality, cost-effective document review services at predictable prices.

She has managed electronic discovery on some of the nation's largest cases and government investigations, allowing her to refine valuable project management, legal technology and risk mitigation skills. Ms. Solow has particular experience with technology assisted document reviews and works with clients to develop defensible document review protocols.

Ms. Solow also consults with clients to develop and implement defensible knowledge management and information governance strategies for their organizations. Pertinent issues include cost-reduction; records preservation, retention and destruction; legal technology integration; creation of privilege filters; and international discovery and data privacy.

Ms. Solow has over two decades of experience in the legal industry as a litigator, e-discovery counsel, and as a legal recruiter. Since 1997, she has practiced at Constantine Cannon LLP, where she is a Partner and currently heads the firm's e-discovery practice group. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon she was employed as a legal recruiter for a multinational law firm.

Ms. Solow is a member of Sedona Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure and is a frequent lecturer and author on the subject of e-Discovery.
